We are helping
Mansfield District Council, Framework and Nottinghamshire Police work together to help our street community and tackle issues that arise in our town centre. We use a combination of outreach, support and enforcement where necessary to help people take life changing steps to a better quality of life off the streets.
The Homelessness Prevention team has Early Intervention Officers who work with people who are at risk of becoming homeless. They get involved in landlord negotiations, home finding and possession orders. If someone you know is worried about becoming homeless call 01623 463121.
The Mansfield Homelessness Network is a group of like-minded organisations including soup kitchens, food banks, support agencies such as DWP and Job Centre Plus along with local businesses who give help in a co-ordinated way that meets local need. If you have time, money or ideas to give, why not contact the network and join them.
Support continues to be coordinated by
